1. Who this covers
This policy covers MaidBiz, operated by Marenzo USA LLC ("MaidBiz", "we", "us"). It applies to you as a MaidBiz customer (business owner or team member) and to the client data you store in your account.
2. What we collect
Account data: your name, email, and company info you give us when you sign up.
Data you enter to run your business: client names, addresses, phone numbers, job history, invoices, and team member profiles. This can include property entry codes for job sites — we treat that field as sensitive: it's only shown to a cleaner scheduled for that specific job, revealed on demand, never listed in plain text across the app.
Payment data: we never see or store your card number. Card payments are processed directly by Stripe; we only keep a reference to the transaction.
3. Who else sees it
We use a small number of service providers to run MaidBiz — we don't sell data to anyone:
- Stripe — payment processing, for both your subscription to MaidBiz and (if you enable it) card payments you collect from your own clients.
- Resend — sends transactional email on our behalf (invites, receipts, trial reminders). It doesn't see your client list, only the specific email it's asked to send.
- Supabase — hosts our database and login system. Your data is isolated per business account (row-level security) — one MaidBiz customer's data is never visible to another.
4. How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as your account exists, including while it's paused (trial ended, unpaid). If you want your account and data permanently deleted, contact us — we'll confirm the request and remove it, except where we're required to keep financial records longer for tax/legal reasons.
5. Your rights
You can ask us, at any time, to see a copy of what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email support@maidbiz.com and we'll respond within a reasonable time.
6. Cookies
We use only the minimum needed to keep you signed in and remember your preferences (like language). We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
7. Children
MaidBiz is a business tool, not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
8. Changes
If we make a significant change to this policy, we'll let you know (email or a notice in the app) before it takes effect.
